CCNA Engineer (home office)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an CCNA Engineer to join a well-established organisation based in Wrocław.

We are looking for a person who:
• understands Operations
• is able to trouble shoot technologies in question ( R&S, Firewall, IPNGN )
• will work a 10 hr shift 4 DAYS A WEEK in a NOC environment
• will work on customer networks remotely from the Cisco office in Wroclaw Poland (no travel required to customer sites)
• will be answering phones, working tickets, using NMS tools to monitor the customer’s network to provide both reactive and proactive support of the customer’s network
• will escalate technical issues per process to tier 2 engineers and then to escalation engineers as required.

Requirements

• Very good English speaking skills
• Understanding and experience with 24 X 7 Operations (IT, NOC, etc)
• CCNA level technical expertise in the technical skills needed (certificate needed)
• Ability to trouble shoot relevant technologies
• Understanding or certification in ITIL a plus
• Good Customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow process and document tickets
