Senior Customer Technology Specialist
Workplace: Warszawa(Łomianki)

Our team of consultants specializes in four business sectors: software development, management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, security systems and ERP systems. Our mission is to provide services in information technology at the highest level, while maintaining concern for development and job satisfaction of our Consultants.

For our client – an international transport and logistics company, due to expansion on polish market we are currently seeking individuals for the position Senior Customer Technology Specialist. Location: Warsaw (Łomianki)

Main accountabilities:

• Supporting the achievement of specific business strategies by identifying and deploying the most appropriate standard Customer Technology (CT) solution from the portfolio
• Supporting Sales in closing and retaining business by providing Customers with advisory services
• Evaluating the technical requirements involved in meeting the Customer’s needs and determines the best match within existing standard solutions
• Participating in assigned projects to design and develop new and innovative integrated CT solutions (research and analysis, configuration, performing installs, testing, development of documentation etc.)
• Performing the physical install of solutions within Customer or corporate locations, using the established process to deploy hardware and install and configure software.
• Resolving routine issues in the most expedient way to restore the required automation standards and service levels for the Customer
• Providing advice about standard and solutions
• Planning organizing and prioritizing multiple activities

The ideal candidate for this position has:

• Proficiency in English and Polish (written and spoken)
• Good presentation skills with the ability to structure and deliver an effective presentation
• Good customer relationship skills
• Good technical knowledge of data communications related to integrating standard solutions
• Basic understanding of p.c. architecture and networks relating to multiple operating systems including different network topologies eg. LAN, WAN
• Good knowledge of WMS, ERP systems and EDI, including understanding of messaging layouts and EDI mapping
• Good diagnostic skills with experience of resolving different types of routine issues
• Good configuration skills with experience of configuring and setting up integrated systems
• Excellent self -organizational skills with experience of maintaining progress with multiple activities and achieving deadlines
