IT Manager
Workplace: Warszawa(Łomianki)

Our team of consultants specializes in four business sectors: software development, management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, security systems and ERP systems. Our mission is to provide services in information technology at the highest level, while maintaining concern for development and job satisfaction of our Consultants.

For our client – an international transport and logistics company, due to expansion on polish market we are currently seeking individuals for the position of IT Manager. Location: Warsaw (Łomianki)

Main accountabilities:

• Planning, developing and managing business, customer and GSP related technologies for an assigned district
• Ensuring compliance with all local and global company specific regulatory, security and technical standards
• Providing optimum business support and continuity whilst fully meeting customer needs/expectations by offering replicable and robust solutions/services
• Improve operational effectiveness and cost optimization by meeting requirements, analysis, design, development, integration and support functions relating to business and customer business processes, software and hardware, in-country networks
• Initiating of innovative solutions of Client’s business.

The ideal candidate for this position has

• Good leadership skills
• Proficiency in English and Polish (written and spoken)
• Excellent networking and formal presentation skills
• Good knowledge of the following with relevant experience of working with a minimum of 4 of the areas:

o client and peripheral hardware, operating systems
o network equipment components and protocols
o scanning technology hardware and systems
o LAN Server hardware and operating systems
o data & voice communications
o systems & database integration
o Customer technology solutions (B2B, B2C, EDI, etc)

• Results focused, adapts thinking/actions to progress achievement of required results
• Excellent project management skills with experience of leading complex cross-functional/multi country IT projects
• Financially astute with experience of managing a large departmental or project budget
• Excellent analytical skills with substantial experience of evaluating diverse requirements to support complex business processes/systems
