For our Client we are currently looking for:
Embedded Software Design Engineer
Our client is a privately held company, founded in 1986. It is growing fast and its’ staff currently comprises over 240 professionals in seven different locations (in Finland and in Wroclaw, Poland).
It is the leading supplier of embedded systems R&D services in Scandinavia. The company offers high-quality research and product development services and complete products based on state-of-the art technological innovations. Our design services cover all aspects connected with embedded systems, i.e. software, electronics, mechanics, testers, approvals and maintenance. We are constantly working on demanding customer projects and have in-depth expertise in the planning of embedded systems.

• Junior Software Design Engineer

Projects:
• Embedded SW
• Linux SW
• Telecommunication SW
Education:
• M.Sc. or similar but also graduating students with very good success in education will be taken in account
Technical Experience:
• Embedded software background is preferred
Personality
• Good spoken and written English
• Person has to be energetic
• Must be flexible and enjoy the challenge of managing rapid changes
• Has to learn fast (success in education)
• Good and active communication skills (transparency to work, team player)
• Good teamwork skills
• Good spoken and written English
Highly appreciated (any of these):
• C C++ programming skills
• Embedded software, hardware drivers experience
• Real-time operating systems knowledge
• Embedded Linux experience
• Linux QT experience
• Signal processing knowledge (especially for wireless communication)
• Digital Signal Processor (DSP) programming skills (C, C++, Assembler)
• Strong process orientation
• Technical Writing skills
• Good mathematical skills
