Your Prospects
As an experienced SAP HCM (Senior) Consultant in the fields of personnel administration, payroll accounting, time management and organization management, you have already carried out several implementations and also assumed leadership roles in the team or in the overall project. You are familiar with the module details and the integrative aspects of SAP ECC. You are capable of conducting business discussions on an equal footing with the customer and you proactively drive the optimization of the business processes. Customer satisfaction and long-term partnership are your top priorities.

Your Profile
You have successfully completed your degree studies and have several years of practical experience in the field of SAP HCM topics and projects.
You demonstrate strong leadership within your projects – you manage HCM projects at a detailed level and you have gained practical experience in project management.
Knowledge of authorization concepts and their implementation is a prerequisite
You have a solution and process-oriented mindset but are also pragmatic and analytical
Working independently towards jointly defined objectives is a matter of course for you
You are flexible, mobile and have excellent interpersonal skills
Commitment, motivation and flexibility to make use of innovations and implement them
Highly reliable and a team player
Strong customer focus
Very good knowledge of German spoken and written, English nice to have.
For these advanced German language skills are mandatory and the candidates should expect in average 80% travel activity at peak times 100% travel which is mostly to Germany, Austria, Switzerland. We made clear to expect 100% travel (5 days) over some periods, although in average over the year travel days will naturally less , e.g. 4 days a week.
