Job description:

Service Management Consultant is a role in Service Management competency centre within Capgemini Infrastructure Services Eastern Europe.
Service Management Consultant in collaboration with clients assists them in the implementation of IT Service Management practices based on Capgemini and industry standards (such as ITIL etc).
The role requires thorough business awareness and understanding of implications and accountabilities in wider context within the customer organization.

• Analyze the current organization and client’s IT processes
• Assess the maturity of the IT organization and the level of business-IT alignment
• Design new and improve and re-engineer existing IT processes
• Implement the new processes within the client’s organization, while ensuring adequate change and communication management
• Assist clients to develop two-way alignment between their business and their IT to ensure IT enables the business goals
• Translate customer’s business requirements into IT delivery, including IT principles, IT strategy, organization, sourcing, etc
• Proactively identify of business opportunities for both Service Management Consulting and IT Outsourcing offering of Capgemini GDC EE within current and perspective customer environments
• Communicate with co-workers, peers, and management through written and verbal communication
• Communicate with customers, internal departments, and other outside parties in a professional manner
• Demonstrate experience in communicating across all levels of an organization, at the most senior levels
• Possess and present customer service attitude

Candidate’s profile:

• 2+ years of hands on experience in IT Service, Management design, transition or operations.
• Sound understanding of IT Service Management concepts underpinned by formal ITIL certification ITIL V3 Foundation Certificate – as a must.
•Deep expertise in one or more of the Service Management subjects
• Expert organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise, self starter able to work independently with minimum of supervision
• Use of Service Management Tools (Remedy, ITSM, Atrium, CMDB concepts and other widely used systems of this type)
• Use of industry recognized technologies in order to facilitate work environment
• Excellent command of English language
• Very good communication skills and customer service attitude
ITIL Expert certification will be an asset
• Related certifications: Cobit, Six Sigma/LEAN, PMP, Prince2, CISA, ISO, will be an asset
