Service Desk Agent

For one of our Client we are currently looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Service Desk Agent.
Duties:
Administrative coordination of new users, movers and leavers
Working on delayed tickets for closing of exits
Perform data entry of tickets into the system following all procedures and ensuring stipulated processes are correctly followed
Document on and keep a record of procedures
User access management
Key Skills/Experience Required :
Very good knowledge of English
High attention to details and accuracy
Bachelor degree
1-2 years’ experience, preferably in an international environment
