Currently we are looking for a consultant (to join Itekna’s team) who will carry out a project for our Client.

Application Engineer
Workplace: Warszawa

Responsibilities:

• JIRA administration and users coaching / training
• Manage environment design / integration / pre-production / production
• Build monitoring and reporting tools (shared with provider)
• Operational management: monitoring, alerts, incidents, problems, communication
• Build then manage ITIL processes (incident change security)
• Ensure proper coordination with providers

Requirements:

• Strong experience in JIRA, at least 2 years (daily use as a full administrator, training & coaching skills)
• Operational IT experience of several technologies (Microsoft is a must)
• Good communication and capacity to teach other IT profiles
• Experience in software & process automation; install & deploy software, deploy & tool processes
• Fluent English

Optional skills:

• Experience in system administration (MS Windows Server, VM)
• Experience in database administration (MS SQL Server)
• Spanish and/or French
